JamesAllen.com is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will create engaging, brand-aligned content for a variety of customer-facing channels, ensuring that James Allen’s voice is consistent and compelling across digital marketing campaigns, website copy, and product descriptions. As a Copywriter, you will help shape the brand experience and contribute to the success of marketing efforts.

This is a hybrid position based in our Seattle, WA Creative Studio

  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for a range of customer-facing materials, including website content, product descriptions, email campaigns, social media posts, and digital ads. 

  • Collaborate with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to create accurate and persuasive product information that highlights James Allen's unique offerings and benefits. 

  • Contribute to the creation of email campaigns, online ads, and other marketing materials that align with the overall brand strategy and business objectives. 

  • Help optimize website content to improve the user experience and drive conversions, ensuring all messaging aligns with James Allen’s tone and style. 

  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all digital and print materials, maintaining the brand voice and messaging standards. 

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor messaging, and customer preferences to continuously improve content and ensure it resonates with the target audience. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop new content ideas that support marketing campaigns and drive customer engagement. 

  • Review and proofread copy to ensure it is error-free and meets high standards for clarity, grammar, and tone. 

  • Assist with other ad-hoc writing projects as needed, supporting the marketing team in various creative initiatives.
