Fully Remote - Content Project Manager - EdTech

Our client in the EdTech space is looking for a part time, fully remote Content Project Manager to join their team for about 25 hours a week for the next 6+ months! 

The Content Project Manager will be joining the Customer Experience Marketing team, responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of customer experience resources to help instructors, students and internal teams succeed. 

The Content Project Manager will be responsible for:
 - Managing the creation, production, and upkeep of customer facing and internal support content which will include videos, PPT presentations and microsite updates 
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, user friendly materials 
- Keeping the content library up to date 
- Monitor customer experience survey feedback and route insights to the appropriate teams 

The Content Project Manager must have: 
- Proven experience in technical writing or content management, EdTech/SaaS is a plus 
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana and SharePoint 
- Excellent writing, editing and project management skills 
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate and complex information is simplified 
- LMS platform experience is preferred
