Are you a skilled moderator who’s passionate about protecting youth communities? Do you thrive in the digital world and love supporting vibrant online communities for some of the world’s most beloved brands? If so, we want you to join our talented network!
As a Content Moderator, you will monitor interactions across social platforms to keep communities safe and respectful including:

Monitoring activity: Keeping an eye on comments, messages, mentions, and posts to ensure the community stays active and on-topic.

Enforcing guidelines: Applying community standards by removing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content.

Escalating issues: Identifying and flagging sensitive concerns, customer complaints, or potential crises for the appropriate teams to address.

Gathering insights: Tracking trends, frequently asked questions, or common complaints that can help improve user experience.
Workspace Requirements:

A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or above

Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater

8 GB RAM or better

Must be willing to download and install ModSquad security systems on your computer and mobile phone

Must be willing to undergo a background check and verify your identity
