Title: Clinical Project Manager - Pediatric Research

Facility: BayCare System Office (Hybrid)

Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

(Tuesday - Thursday in office, possibly more depending on meeting schedule; Monday & Friday work from home)

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Clinical Project Manager performs delegated tasks associated with protocol development, lifecycle project management and subsequent publication in support of a portfolio of assigned physicians and faculty. 
  • Coordinates with the research system support teams to ensure sound study design, appropriate and complete electronic data collection systems are in place for the project, and to facilitate the related analysis. 
  • Ensure project approvals and regulatory determinations are secured and maintained. 
  • Develop project plans, timelines and protocol training. 
  • Act as study monitor, liaising with the clinical research operations teams for protocols with associated delegated protocol health services tasks as needed.
  • Provide education and support to residents and students with project development, publication and presentation activities.

 

Education & Experience Requirement:

  • Required: Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Sciences or Public Health
  • Preferred: Masters Degree

 

Experience Requirement: 

  • Required: 5 years of research experience with CPM Certification or 
  • Or: 3 years research experience with a Master's Degree

 

 

Location: Clearwater, FL

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Weekend Work: Occasional
