DAY TO DAY:
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist to support a healthcare consulting client. The primary end-client is a small hospital, with potential to support other hospitals as needed. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, offering a flexible 40-hour work week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and analyze clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve the quality of clinical documentation.
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on documentation best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on documentation improvement activities
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/COMPENSATION:
- The role is remote, based in the Philippines.
- Pay rate ranges from $3.50 to $6.50 USD per hour, which is approximately 19,000 to 35,000 PHP per month.
- Flexibility in working hours, with rare requirements to take calls during US time zones. Adequate notice will be provided for such calls.

Skills and Requirements
- Must hold a valid RN license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
- Strong understanding of healthcare documentation standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
