We are looking for a Campus Recruiting Program Manager. This will be a remote role.
You'll make an impact by supporting Smart Infrastructure. You will play a strategic and execution-focused role in building talent pipelines that support our manufacturing and operations teams across Siemens Smart Infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:
Program Strategy & Execution
- Partner with business leaders & broader People & Organization (P&O) to develop recruiting strategies that align with operational workforce needs in our factories.
- Lead end-to-end execution of early career hiring initiatives for key business functions.
- Build scalable, data-driven recruiting programs that reflect evolving business goals, labor market trends, and operational forecasts.
Campus & Early Career Program Management
- Design and manage recruiting initiatives that drive programmatic hiring for Operations roles across U.S. manufacturing sites including interns, co-ops, and development programs.
- Align with local site People & Organization members to integrate early talent into operations career paths, with a focus on retention and progression.
- Develop targeted university and technical school partnerships to source skilled talent pipelines for key factory roles.
Stakeholder & Site Partnership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to factory leadership teams, guiding workforce planning conversations and surfacing talent insights.
- Provide training, tools, and support to local hiring teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality recruiting experience.
Process & Candidate Experience Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement across recruiting processes with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Track, analyze, and report key recruiting metrics to demonstrate progress and identify areas for improvement.
Branding & Talent Attraction
- Partner with Employer Branding to amplify Siemens' presence in the skilled trades, operations, and engineering space.
- Represent Siemens at career fairs, industry events, and student competitions that align with operations-focused talent pools.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, with a strong preference for experience designing and recruiting for workforce development programs for engineering or other technical talent-ideally within a manufacturing or factory environment. Equivalent experience in areas such as business excellence, program management, or project management will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience with hands-on experience recruiting for manufacturing, supply chain, or operations roles, with a deep understanding of the talent landscape in these functions.
- Willingness and ability to travel (up to 30%) for campus events and site visits.
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating program and project management skills and ability to operationalize and scale programs.
- Authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly effective communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts and proposals to engage and influence team, peers and management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority to achieve solutions to meet organizational objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Experience developing and managing technical apprenticeships or related programs is highly preferred

- The pay range for this position is $89,670-$153,720, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
