Cisco is seeking a Remote Operations Analyst!

Location: This is a remote position open to candidates across any U.S. location or time zone. Candidates must be U.S.-based due to work involving public sector/government data.

Pay Rate: $51.41 per Hour

Duration: 1 Yr Contract

Position Overview:

The Professional Services Billing Operations Analyst will support the Director of Professional Services Operations by managing administrative, reporting, and accounting tasks within the Global Services/Customer Success organization. This role involves being a backup to senior operations analysts and addressing newly created processes and needs. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and adept at managing projects with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following requirements.

Experience: 5+ years in roles focused on at least two of the following areas:

• Operational processes

• Billing

• Accounting

• Order management

• Data entry/management/hygiene

• Business operations

• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process.

• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge/understanding of MS Office or G-Suite, specifically Excel/Sheets.

• Must be proficient in formatting and working with system-generated reports in Excel/Sheets.

• Software Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce (FinancialForce PSA platform experience is a plus).

• Process Ownership: Experience in owning processes, analyzing them against changing business needs, and suggesting/spearheading updates.

• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Desired Skills:

• Extremely detail-oriented

• This position requires 3+ years of experience in relevant roles and is a key support role within the Professional Services operations team.

• Strong communication skills (frequent communication with management; occasional interaction with customers)

• Quick learner

• Ability to take direction and follow outlined policies, process guides, and instructions

• The ability to identify, communicate, and manage project risks.

• Experience identifying business or customer requirements and creating actionable IT project specifications.
