Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, your day will include:
- Building Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service while building meaningful relationships with customers across the U.S.
- Solving Complex Inquiries: Assist customers with a variety of complex questions, from financial matters to general insurance queries.
- Guiding Decision-Making: Play a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs.
- Collaborating and Succeeding: Support team success through daily meetings and strong cooperation.
Requirements
Education and Experience – Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree Ideal
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred in customer service (Call center experience is a plus!)
- No Licensing Needed: No prior licensing or insurance experience required.
- Career Ambition: A strong desire to build and advance your career.
- Fluency: Ability to speak, read, write both in Spanish and in English
