Job Description:

The Adaptavist Group is a global family of companies with a common goal. We combine the best of teamwork, technology, and processes, helping all kinds of businesses be better today and tomorrow.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (organic and paid) in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and respond to comments/messages
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to inform content strategies
  • Support paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, and performance tracking
  • Analyse social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations

  • Cross-Channel Digital Marketing Support:
  • Assist with SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimisations, and reporting
  • Support Paid Media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with ad copywriting, performance monitoring, and optimisations
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and content creation
  • Help with content marketing initiatives, such as blog writing and website updates
  • Collaborate with the team on digital strategy development and client reporting

  • General Accountabilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client objectives, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, development, account management) to align on client goals
  • Contribute to Brew Digital's own marketing efforts, including case studies and thought leadership

What we're looking for

  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
