About the Role

Job Description:
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies, marketing techniques, qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and customer research.
- Knowledge of project management best practices, including budgeting.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skill with creative and adaptive planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation.
- Skill in gathering and analyzing data to produce actionable information.
- Ability to analyze business trends and financial metrics, including sales, return on investments, and profit and loss.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, both in leadership and member roles.
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility among Nutricia management and employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to plan, organize, and administer marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
Supervisory responsibilities:
The ABM OneAllergy does not have direct reports.
Working conditions:
Work is conducted remotely with occasion work travel to White Plains, NY.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred
- 2+ years of experience in nutrition is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Success factors:

- Strong attention to details and ability to coordinate large logistical operations, as well as flexibility to learn and adjust from previous experience.
- Leadership and influencing skills. Can positively cultivate and influence relationships with strategic partners in advertising and public relations, as well as with symposia consultants and key opinion leaders.
- Effective organization and time management capabilities. An individual able to work in a fast-moving environment, adept at managing multiple initiatives and able to set priorities, and efficiently perform responsibilities.
- Superior written and oral communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts and strategies, orally and in writing; and to effectively design materials and train staff as appropriate.

- Sound judgment and recommendations. Possesses well-developed thought processes and ability to support decisions.

capture and enhance the target market through appropriate tools.
