Marketing Ads and Promotion Operations – French-Speaking
The Sage Group’s client, a technology company that connects customers with their favorite local and national businesses in over 4,000 cities and all 50 states across the United States and Canada, is seeking a highly detailed ad operations specialist to join their team.
The Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that bene?ts core audiences. They provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach company audiences. This role will be directly responsible for managing promotional & advertising campaigns across Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) businesses
In this role, you will:
- Own rapid-turn promo campaigns for CPG companies
- Partner cross-functionally with our account teams across the CPG business to ensure campaigns are executed ?awlessly
- Work with product and engineering, using data and operational feedback to drive product improvements to improve campaign accuracy, drive e?ciency, and launch new features
- Create process improvements to drive more e?cient work?ows with cross-functional teams

- Operate- You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to the lowest level of detail. You are comfortable moving quickly on scaled campaign volume with a high level of accuracy.
- Partner- You have experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Analyze- You can pull data from dedicated tools and ?nd trends in our operational data
- Creative – You enjoy exercising the right and left sides of your brain with analytics and creativity together. Ideally, you are a hands-on creative and experienced in using creative tools such as Figma
We’re excited about you because:
- You have 2+ years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising
- You understand the Creative landscape (hands-on creative, or creative project management or..)
- High-growth startup experience preferred
- French-speaking HIGLY desired
- You have excellent communication skills and can manage e?ectively in a matrixed environment
- You are extremely organized and detail-oriented and can move quickly to balance and reprioritize campaigns
- You have strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and are comfortable learning new technical tools and teaching them to others
Bonus points:
- You have experience editing SQL queries
- You have experience pulling reports from Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or another data tool
- You have experience creating or editing creative in Figma
Duration:
This is a long-term contract opportunity
Location: 100% remote within the United States
Compensation: $40-42 hourly, W-2
