Job Description:

This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule based out of the South Sioux city, NE office with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

In this role, you will investigate, evaluate, proactively manage, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims. Our adjusters' caseloads are manageable and kept to a reasonable number so they can provide exceptional customer service, meet departmental and individual goals, and enjoy a positive work-life balance. In addition, we give our adjusters the autonomy and authority needed to manage and adjust claims to a successful resolution.

We are looking for someone with:

• Background in Workers Compensation or a related field preferred.
• Ambition to grow and expand their insurance industry knowledge.
