Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

We are seeking a Website Specialist to join our dynamic organization managing eight B2B websites dedicated to driving engagement and impactful digital interactions. In our collaborative environment, you will work alongside passionate professionals, including a dedicated manager and a fellow specialist. Reporting directly to our Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to hone your technical skills while contributing to our overall digital strategy.
What You'll Do
Backend Maintenance & Technical Updates:

Perform regular backend updates including fixes, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure website stability and security.

Collaborate with the team to implement technical improvements such as system integrations, plugin updates, and custom feature enhancements.
Technical Expertise:
-
Proven experience managing multiple websites, preferably within a B2B environment.

Hands-on experience with WordPress, familiarity with common CMS platforms. Experience with WPVIP is preferred. (WordPress, WordPress VIP, GitHub, etc.), and a solid understanding of both frontend and backend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Technical SEO Expert

Understanding search engine algorithms, proficiency in troubleshooting website issues, and the ability to optimize site performance and security while ensuring adherence to SEO best practices.

Website Audits: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting search engine crawls and indexation. Identify and resolve issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and server errors.

Core Web Vitals: focus on key areas such as Site Speed Optimization, Mobile Friendliness, URL Structure etc.

Crawlability and Indexability: Manage robots.txt files, sitemaps, and internal linking to ensure effective crawling and indexing by search engines.
Day-to-Day Website Management:

Update and manage website content across all eight B2B sites to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our brand strategy.

Monitor site performance and user experience, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with your manager and the other website specialist to align technical operations with broader marketing and business goals.

Assist in developing and executing strategies that boost site performance, SEO, and overall digital engagement.
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of updates, fixes, and improvements for accountability and future reference (akin to Annotations).

Use key website tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush, to report website metrics and performance updates, providing insights for strategic refinement.

Who You Are
Minimum:
-
Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years of experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field with no degree.

Diagnose and resolve website issues promptly, implementing solutions that enhance performance and security.
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Support minor graphic design needs using design tools (experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus), including image editing and asset creation.

Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive, aesthetically pleasing web presentations that resonate with our audience.

Maintain high standards for all website updates, ensuring accuracy and quality from simple content tweaks to complex technical fixes.
