Eligibility: This role is open exclusively to Canadian applicants, with strong preference for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area. Applicants should be located in the EST or CST time zones to ensure alignment with team operations.

The Website & CRM Campaigns Manager is a detail-oriented, technically skilled, and highly organized individual with expertise in both website management, Salesforce Pardot marketing automation and creating a well-oiled mar-tech stack. They will manage and optimize five brand websites, oversee all Pardot campaign implementations, automations, and integrations, and act as project manager for website redesigns and development projects. This role requires proficiency in HTML and CSS, comfort working with JavaScript, and the ability to design, build, and optimize pages, landing pages, and UI/UX independently. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a marketing mindset, ensuring that all digital systems are optimized for lead generation, conversion, and seamless data flow.

Primary Responsibilities:

Website Management & Development

  • Manage and update five business unit websites (WordPress, other CMS platforms, and native HTML site).
  • Code, edit, and troubleshoot HTML/CSS directly; make functional adjustments using JavaScript as needed.
  • Design and develop web pages, product pages, landing pages (including third-party platforms), and microsites to support campaigns.
  • Manage all website forms, ensuring proper Pardot/Salesforce integration and accurate lead capture.
  • Oversee technical SEO, site structure, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design for all devices.
  • Act as project manager for website redesign and development projects - manage vendors, oversee wireframes and designs, and ensure brand alignment and on-time, on-budget launches.
  • Monitor website analytics and provide actionable performance reports.

Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Management

  • Create and manage email marketing templates, campaigns, and landing pages for proper rendering across devices and email clients.
  • Build and maintain lead scoring models, nurture programs, automation workflows, and segmentation lists.
  • Maintain data cleanliness, contact/lead records, and field mapping.
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI.
  • Ensure all website and campaign forms integrate seamlessly with Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Manage integrations between Pardot, websites, and third-party platforms.

Integration & Reporting

  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between websites, Pardot, Salesforce, and connected tools.
  • Provide reporting on lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and website-to-CRM performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales CRM administrator for consistent data flow, lead assignment, and reporting alignment.

Performance Metrics

Website Performance

  • Uptime, speed, and technical performance of all five websites.
  • On-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of redesign and development projects.
  • Improvement in website conversion rates and form completion rates.

Marketing Automation & Lead Management

  • Accuracy of lead scoring and segmentation.
  • Quality and volume of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Campaign deliverability, engagement, and ROI in Pardot.
  • Data cleanliness and accuracy in Pardot and Salesforce.

Integration & Reporting

  • Seamless, error-free integrations between websites, Pardot, Salesforce, and third-party tools.
  • Timely, accurate delivery of dashboards and performance reports.

  • Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms, plus direct editing of native HTML sites.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot, including automations, lead scoring, and nurture programs.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Ability to create and manage dashboards, workflows, and integrations between websites, Pardot, Salesforce, and third-party tools.
  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative suite or similar
  • Knowledge of website and data security best practices and compliance/privacy laws

Minimum Qualifications:

Formal Education or Equivalent

  • University degree or diploma in marketing, digital media, web development, or related field.

Years of Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in website management, marketing automation, and technical integrations in a B2B environment.
