Title: Wealth and Investment Analyst

Job Description:
- Track, review, and summarize outsourced alternative investment research and due diligence.
- Monitor performance of alternative investment strategies and managers; prepare regular reporting and updates.
- Maintain and update shadow accounts and assist with data reconciliation.
- Create clear, professional presentations for investment committees and senior leadership.
- Support the alternatives group with operational and clerical responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate key developments in external research and manager performance to portfolio managers and the investment team.
- Assist in preparing periodic reviews, reports, and client-ready materials.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and demonstrate a strong attention to detail in execution.
- Completes other duties as assigned within the Chief Investment Office to support customers, colleagues or the company (Huntington)
- Supports all sales & service goals within the Chief Investment Office
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in investments, asset management, or financial services, with exposure to alternatives preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage data, reporting, and clerical tasks accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build professional presentations and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of summarizing and presenting complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader investment team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional designations (CFA, CAIA) or progress toward one are a plus, but not required.
- Interest in career development within alternatives, with potential to grow into more analytical or strategy-facing responsibilities over time.
