Job Description

An employer is seeking a WalkMe Developer for a long term contract opportunity. This will be a fully remote role where the Developer will be expected to provide assistance on a Digital Adoption Platform for a leader in the medical device industry. The WalkMe developer ideally will have prior experience within Product Lifecycle Management tools and has extensive working knowledge within jQuery, CSS or Java to help develop and code within the system to meet user criteria. The WalkMe developer will also be communicating on a daily basis cross functionally with management, the training team and engineers out in the field utilizing the WalkMe extension. Great written and verbal skills are a must have for this as that is the reason for this opening. This role will also require troubleshooting the system, escalating ticketing items and helping the training team to build out user story training documents.

Required Skills & Experience

4-7 years of experience as a WalkMe developer
3+ years of technical writing experience within regulated industry
jQuery, Java or CSS working knowledge
Ability to work fully remote
3+ years in a PLM system troubleshooting user stories
Strong Verbal and Written communication

Medical Device or Engineering background
