ROLE

If you excel at video editing, maintaining brand consistency, and producing engaging video content, this role could be perfect for you.
As our Videographer, you'll work directly with the Creative Team to deliver high-quality video content that aligns with brand goals and enhances engagement. You’ll be responsible for:
- Producing 2 fully fleshed out concepts per day
- Achieving a 95% first-draft approval rate from clients
- Maintaining a 90% on-time delivery rate for all video projects
This position is crucial for maintaining our creative standards and ensuring all video content is delivered efficiently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Video Production & Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos that meet brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Cut, trim, and assemble video segments to create cohesive narratives.
- Add visual effects, music, graphics, and sound to enhance video quality.
- Apply color grading and corrections to ensure visual consistency.
Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to align video projects with brand and client goals.
- Interpret and implement feedback to ensure minimal revisions and high first-draft approval rates.
Technical Expertise & Process Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and software, including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Implement a consistent quality control process, ensuring all videos meet brand and client expectations.
- Track and document video project progress, including versions of edits, client feedback, and final deliverables.
Project Management & Timeliness:
- Effectively manage time to handle multiple video projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Maintain a 90% on-time delivery rate, ensuring all projects meet deadlines.
- Provide weekly reports on editing progress, revisions, and project completion.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in video editing and production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard video editing tools.
- Experience in motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and best practices is a plus.
COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS

- Weekly full-team meetings to align on creative strategy.
