About Role
Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We're seeking a Vice President, Brand Marketing who can blend brand vision with data-driven performance to elevate our brand and deliver strong business results. In this role, you'll translate brand storytelling and voice into measurable impact, driving traffic, conversion, engagement, and revenue, while protecting and evolving our brand identity.
Overseeing integrated marketing, social media, communications, and influencer teams, you'll balance KPIs with creative excellence to ensure our brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with our Founder & CEO, you'll be a key strategic partner and brand steward, building a brand engine that inspires customers and fuels growth.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategic Oversight
- Lead, mentor, and scale the integrated marketing, social media, communications, and influencer teams, through the establishing clear goals, priorities, and KPIs tied to business growth
- Act as a strategic partner to Creative, Merchandising, and Growth Marketing to bring 360° brand campaigns to life across all consumer touchpoints
- Identify current and future organizational need, evolve team structure, and nurture talent to support long-term business, brand, and revenue goals
Social Media Strategy
- Provide strategic oversight of Ring Concierge's social media presence, guiding editorial direction and platform strategy to build community, drive engagement, and convert audience into customers
- Ensure Ring Concierge remains at the forefront of cultural and platform trends, leading innovation and testing across new and emerging channels
- Drive social media as a key revenue-generating channel, ensuring strategy ladders to traffic, conversion, and audience growth goals
Brand Voice & Stewardship
- Own and evolve Ring Concierge's brand voice, ensuring it's recognizable, consistent, and meaningfully integrated across every team and channel
- Serve as the internal champion of brand identity, making sure every marketing, product, and customer-facing effort ladders up to a cohesive brand experience
- Embed the brand's tone, values, and vision into all cross-functional decisions, from product development to client experience
- Develop scalable tools, messaging frameworks, and training that enable brand consistency company-wide
Integrated Marketing
- Set and lead brand marketing strategy across all channels, both retail and digital, with a focus on brand awareness, performance, and ROI
- Oversee planning, execution, and performance of major initiatives, including product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations
- Define and own brand KPIs (awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion) and use insights to continuously refine strategy and improve ROI
Communications, Influencer & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and lead a high-impact communications and influencer strategy that expands reach, builds credibility, and drives measurable business growth
- Identify and secure high-impact brand partnerships and collaborations that reinforce our brand positioning and support revenue objectives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media, creators, and cultural connectors to keep Ring Concierge present in key conversations
- Design and implement a robust ROI framework for influencer and partnership spend, constantly evaluating the effectiveness and refining strategy based on data and outcomes
- Double down on what's working, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure all partnership investments drive meaningful lift in traffic, acquisition, or revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant brand marketing experience required; luxury retail experience preferred
- D2C experience required
- Passion for brand building and storytelling, with the agility to move fast and the discipline to measure results
- Strong editorial sensibility paired with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to align brand strategies with overall business objectives and business goals
- Capacity to measure, analyze, and interpret the impact of social, communication, and influencer marketing efforts
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across multiple brand functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with influencers, creators, and other marketing team members
- Deep understanding of consumer dynamics, cultural trends, brand storytelling, and media/influencer dynamics
- Proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships with influencers, brands, and media outlets
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working with in-house creative teams, editorial partners, and agency relationships
Details
- Full-time role located in midtown NYC
- Hybrid work model, with the expectation of four days per week in office and nights and weekends as needed
- Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours
