- Establish strong data governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data across the organization.
- Present key findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
- Experience leveraging both internal and external data sources, such as competitive benchmarks, industry trends, and third-party customer data—to enhance analysis and inform strategic business decisions.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS, subscription-based, or e-commerce-focused business model.
- Proven success in driving improvements in lifetime value, CAC, MRR, and other key SaaS financial metrics.
- Deep knowledge of customer segmentation, churn analysis, website analytics, and price elasticity modeling.
- Strong command of data tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Experience working closely with Finance on GAAP revenue recognition, forecasting, and growth planning.
