Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a talented UX Designer to join a small, agile team focused on rebuilding a financial planning tool used by internal employees to better serve customers. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone passionate about user-centered design and experienced in the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points
Create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
Utilize and navigate the internal design system library
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance design quality and user experience

Required Skills & Experience

3+ Years of experience in UX Design
Proficiency in Figma
Prior experience in financial industry
Ability to provide a professional portfolio showcasing relevant work
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in design enhancement
