Location: Hybrid, Exton, PA

Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is seeking a Financial Operations User Operations Specialist in our Exton, PA Headquarters. If you are an individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn new software, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Processing SELECT Cancellations, new SELECT orders and new product orders
  • Completing new account requests
  • Processing inbound purchase orders and renewal requests
  • Updating user's account addresses, contacts, and general contract updates/corrections
  • Assists with ad-hoc projects for the Quality Assurance Team as needed.
  • This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, hybrid in Exton, PA.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
  • No travel is required with this role.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, or a finance-related role is preferred.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Ability to learn and understand customer relationship software. 
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 or greater.
  • Ability to demonstrate rational and logical decision-making and to think proactively to solve problems.
  • Friendly and pleasant telephone, e-mail, and interpersonal demeanor.
