The TikTok Creator will play a pivotal role in elevating the MISBHV brand through engaging, on-brand content tailored for TikTok. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that resonate with our audience and align with our marketing goals. Working closely with the brand marketing team, the TikTok Creator will lead the strategy, production, and publishing of short-form video content that captures the essence of MISBHV's aesthetic and voice.

What You Will Do ??

• Concept, shoot, and edit high-impact TikTok videos that turn scrollers into loyal MISBHV fans
• Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve MISBHV's voice and aesthetic specifically for TikTok
• Curate and manage a mix of content - from original in-house shoots to UGC and influencer collaborations - ensuring a cohesive and elevated feed
• Lead the creative process from idea to execution: storyboarding, styling, filming, and editing TikTok-first content across fashion, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes themes
• Scout and partner with creators, influencers, and cultural voices that align with the brand's values and energy
• Push boundaries while keeping the brand's DNA intact - experiment with formats, hooks, and trends that feel fresh yet intentional
• Plan and manage a dedicated TikTok content calendar that aligns with MISBHV's wider campaigns, product drops, and events
• Drive audience interaction through thoughtful community management and authentic engagement
• Stay fluent in TikTok's best practices - from algorithm shifts and sound selection to hashtag strategy and emerging features
• Track content performance in real-time, provide insights, and adjust the strategy to increase reach and engagement
• Maintain awareness of what's trending on and off the platform - from niche subcultures to global pop culture moments - and translate that into content opportunities
• Capture MISBHV's tone through concise, impactful copywriting that complements visuals and drives action
