Our Corporate Operations is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with our Truck in the Box program.

What do we want you to bring to the table?

We are looking for hardworking, focused, team players that are willing to bring their best. This position will require strong organizational and people skills and will include tasks such as:

  • Initial phone contact with applicants for Truck in the box
  • Collecting confidential information from applicants
  • Providing needed paperwork to applicants for signatures
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Data entry on needed forms to formalize contract’s
  • Creating profiles for new drivers
  • Processing payments
  • Ability to work on multiple spreadsheets for tracking purposes
  • Following up on productivity
  • Monitoring Tow Truck Maintenance
