About the role
Fountain is growing, and so is our Talent Team! We are seeking a Technical Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a generalist who can tackle any hiring challenge. You will play a critical role in building world-class teams that are shaping the future of frontline workforce management. You are a proactive thinker and executor. Coordination excites you, and you are capable of building quality pipelines. You will be a champion of Fountain, excited about our mission and value proposition. Relationships are your strong suit, not only with candidates but also with internal stakeholders. This role will be a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels, from individual contributor to senior leadership, across varying global time zones
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to streamline scheduling and sourcing tactics
- Source a variety of technical and non-technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc., by prospecting profiles and calibrating with hiring managers and recruiters
- Step in to assist with full-cycle recruiting as the need arises
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process
What you should bring:
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting, coordination, and sourcing experience
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Experience sourcing technical candidates, i.e., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, etc
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Paylocity, etc.
- Proficiency with calendar tetris, specifically in Google Suite and ATS integrations
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience working remotely, for a global company, across multiple time zones
Even if you do not meet all the requirements above, we still encourage you to apply for this position. While we try to be thorough with our prerequisites, not everything about you as a candidate can be condensed into a list of bullet points. What do you have to lose?
