Job Description:

Darktrace isseekinga strategic and technically proficient person to serve asTechnical Alliances Manager, focused on driving excellence across ourintegration partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical strategy and execution of ourTechnical Partner Program, while also supporting partner-led integrations and fostering deep relationships with strategic technical partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Technical Alliances & Integrations

  • Support partner-developed integrations with Darktrace, guiding partners through technical design and development.

  • Facilitate legal processes such as Third-Party Agreements (TPAs) and ensure compliance.

  • Collaborate with partners to define use cases and integration architecture.

  • Provide access to Darktrace technology and support partners throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with strategic technical partners to solve client challenges and unlock new business opportunities.

  • Ensure partners have access to up-to-date technical documentation and resources to support integration efforts.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical alliances,technical partnerprogram development, or partner engineering.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity workflows and integration strategies.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product, Legal, and Business Development teams.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Experience managing technical projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.

  • Ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive strategic outcomes.

  • Willing to travel to meet with partners as needed

  • Hybrid work model 3-days a week in local Darktrace office, if not on-site.

  • OTE range $135K-$150K
