Position Details:

  • Location- Clearwater- BayCare System Office
  • Status: PRN, hourly
  • Hybrid role - Must live in the state of Florida
  • Schedule- Variable
  • Weekends- None

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent for assigned service lines
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand position requirements and establish effective sourcing initiatives.
  • An effective Talent Sourcing Recruiter can perform research for Critical, Difficult, Visible positions, apply creative search and engagement techniques, as well as assess candidate qualifications via screening..
  • Focuses on PASSIVE prospects; people who have not applied or have been recently engaged by a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a position

Experience & Education:

  • Required - Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in outbound recruitment and/or sourcing.

Certification:

  • Required - Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification within 12 months of employment
