Job Summary:
Join our transformative team at LinkedIn as an R&D Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bangalore, offering a hybrid working model. In this critical role, you'll leverage your sourcing prowess and program management skills to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent, ensuring LinkedIn remains at the forefront of innovation. Your mission will be to streamline recruitment processes, champion a stellar candidate experience, and build sustainable talent pipelines for LinkedIn’s R&D functions, all within our culture of trust, care, inclusion, and fun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain a pipeline of exceptional technical candidates through direct sourcing and effectively utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other databases.
- Execute the planning and managing of high-volume candidate batch days, focusing on logistics, interviewer preparation, and enhancing candidates' experiences.
- Conduct thorough resume screenings and recruiter phone interviews, maintaining a robust talent pipeline for R&D roles.
- Employ analytics and strategic insights to elevate talent attraction methods.
- Partner with recruiters to offer guidance and insights, ensuring the recruitment of top-quality talent for LinkedIn.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in direct sourcing and building relationships with passive candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the LinkedIn Recruiter tool.
- Exceptional communication and event management skills.
Industry Experience:
- Experience in talent acquisition within product or infrastructure engineering domains.
- Background in managing or participating in event planning, ideally within an educational or professional setting.
