You'll receive ongoing support, mentorship, and all the tools you need to become a talent acquisition expert at Genetec! We want you to have everything you need to succeed and feel part of the team.
What your day will look like:
- Be responsible for finding and recruiting the best talent
- Be an expert who knows the technical position needs of the market and companies
- Building partnerships and relationships with your hiring managers
- Share creative ideas and processes on how to recruit strategically
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding
- Manage a large volume of recruitment
Your profile:
- Curious and strategic in seeking new ways to attract top talent
- Strong network of technical talent, primarily in software development
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (this position requires interactions with our international colleagues and clients).
- Passionate and creative in finding talent in a competitive market
- Experience with an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn and other social media/job sites
- A person who can solve problems with a can-do attitude
- Analytical mind
Even better if you have these assets:
- Industry and technical recruitment experience
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (Workable)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft tools

- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn and other social media/job boards
- Can do attitude and problem solve
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with high volume recruitment
Great if you have:
- Technical and corporate recruiting experience
- ATS experience with Workable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
