Job Description:
You will be part of a team supporting the recruitment activities at our Mobile Manufacturing Site. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be inolved in leading the Talent Acquisition team of recruiters and coordinators to implement high quality talent acquisition programs. You will partner with the leaders and Human Resources team at our Mobile Manufacturing Site to recruit top candidates to join the Airbus team in Mobile.

Your Challenges:

Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators to deliver talent acquisition objectives.

Manage the workload assignments for the Talent Acquisition Partners in coordination with workload strategy to ensure an even distribution of roles
-
Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence by leading and mentoring a high-performing team of recruiters, coordinators, and other talent acquisition professionals.

Provide guidance to the team on the deployment of consistent and effective talent acquisition consulting practices.

Provides continuous coaching and feedback to the team in support of individual and team development.
-
Manage escalation and eliminate blockers to the delivery of HR objectives in support of the overall strategy.
-
Responsible for managing and delegating operational projects within the team and in collaboration across HR.

Implement and Improve HR programs, processes and systems

Deliver high quality, customer- focused service

Support Recruitment of roles as assigned
Your Boarding Pass:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field of equivalent additional work experience leading a TA team

10+ Years Experience in Talent Acquisition
-
5+ years experience leading a talent acquisition team
-
Knowledge of US Employment and Labor Laws and application to the recruiting process and applicant tracking system
-
Experience managing full life cycle recruitment
-
Proficiency in Google Suite
-
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking and or HRIS systems
Travel Required
10-15% domestic travel
Citizenship
Able to work in the US without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
