Title: Systems Analyst

Location: Clearwater, FL USA

Job Description:

Candidates MUST reside in Florida or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer support for Information Technology related issues in designated areas of the health system. 
  • Technical responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of customers daily operations to ensure superior technical support, identifying process improvements based on customer's needs and troubleshooting and providing client support for systems and applications. 
  • May participate in Project Management from inception to completion and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years - Systems Implementation; Or - 2 years - Systems Design; Or - 3 years - Systems Support.
  •  HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

Preferred Skills:

  • VoIP protocols, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) Networking fundamentals; including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching. 
  • Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection and Microsoft Teams Voice. 
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic voice-related issues, such as poor call quality (jitter, latency) and connectivity problems. 
  • Exposure to VoIP hardware like IP phones, gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs).
