Job Description:
Freese and Nichols is seeking a Support Specialist in our For Worth, Tx office. The Support Specialist will perform a wide variety of general administrative and clerical functions to provide assistance and support to the firm.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receiving calls and visitors
- Composing and typing of routine correspondence, including emails and faxes
- Sending and receiving mail
- Schedule or coordinate meetings, handouts, lunches, travel, etc.
- Printing, binding, delivering of proposals (Regional or National Office)
- Editing PowerPoint presentations
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Proofreading technical reports and documents for grammatical or numerical errors
- Performing minor edits/format fixes of technical specifications and reports
- Inputting timesheet and expense reports
- Assist in special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in administrative support role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic clerical skills including basic computer and keyboarding skills intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal and communication skills including proficiency in English spelling and grammar
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the AEC industry
- Associates Degree in administration or other related field
