Title: Subcontract Administrator - Level 2

Job Description:

Description:Come join the Global Supply Chain (GSC) International Coproduction team! We are looking for a Subcontract Administrator that will be responsible for supplier and subcontract management, possibly including coordination and tracking of Buyer Furnished Material (BFM) being provided to coproduction subcontractors.

You will be responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance and interfacing with program functional organizations, including Production Operations, and supplier management. The position will be responsible of managing procurement, delivery activities and related purchase order delivery schedules supporting IFG, AMMM and F-35 production programs. Within this role, you will lead and support activities that include but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms. This position will require a significant amount of collaboration with internal and external customers as well as leadership within the LM GSC organization.

Some international travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience/combined education, and 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience managing competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management, ERP system, SAP systems or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
