Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative support to a group of physicians, applying independent judgment to execute tasks based on high-level guidance from faculty physicians.
Qualifications
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organizing and assembling licensing and recredentialing paperwork, based on stated requirements, and driving the process forward by identifying next steps
- Updating HMS CVs and assembling HMS promotion paperwork
- Completing submissions for MOC/CME
- Submitting, tracking, and filing complex expense reimbursements and other financial transactions with attention to not just accuracy and timeliness, but also adherence to MGB and sponsor guidelines
- Assisting with updating and maintaining website(s) and/or Twitter or other social media platforms
- Proofreading and submission of manuscripts; use of Endnote, Zotero, or other reference managers
- Coordinating clinic schedules around vacations and meetings
- Preparing PowerPoint slides for scientific presentations
- Designing posters for submission to research conferences
- Performing systematic literature reviews and synthesize relevant data
- Helping with grant application preparation
- Drafting and proofreading administrative components of grant applications
- Reviewing documents for compliance with institutional and sponsor requirements

- Work can be completed over 1-2 weeks, depending on the request, but responding promptly with availability is essential
