You’re Good At:

• Negotiating contracts for pharmaceutical meetings to score the best prices and ensure compliance for our customers.
• Identifying and implementing strategic sourcing strategies with preferred vendors.
• Conducting site inspections and evaluating venues that meet client specifications.
• Collaborating seamlessly with Meeting Managers and Operations Leadership.
• Keeping meticulous organization while juggling multiple sourcing projects.

You Might Also Have:

• Proficiency in both French and English, allowing you to connect with diverse clients. This is a requirement for this role. 
• Experience with Cvent or similar technology platforms to streamline sourcing processes.
• A talent for creating engaging venue PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and time management prowess.
• A willingness to travel occasionally, as our exciting opportunities take you places!

You Should Know

• This role is virtual operating on Eastern Standard Time.
• For those in the Montreal (Kirkland, QC) Canada area, the expectation will be to be onsite at our client's office at least 2 days per week.

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in Canada for the position of Sourcing Manager (Event Venue Sourcing Manager)  is between $60,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
