Position Overview:

Advises strategic direction while providing leadership for the design, engineering, and implementation for consolidating, standardizing infrastructure and developing applications throughout Sutter Health. Interprets architecture requirements, design, product evaluations, selection, build, and integration of new technology to support Sutter Health objectives. Develop, maintain, and own the technical product roadmap. Perform in-depth IS (Information Services) evaluations for the integration of critical infrastructure, applications, and enterprise data management solutions and standards throughout Sutter health and its regional affiliates. Develops enterprise infrastructure, data management, and application technology strategies, standards, and solution architecture. Provide subject matter expert (SME) role for solutions, managing escalated production issues with internal development teams and vendors. May oversee software, hardware and infrastructure design, owns Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), continual integration process and tools, and integration strategies to delivers finished, high quality, and compelling products. May lead Information Services (IS) systems engineering projects through collaboration, coordination, and implementation across multiple teams. Hybrid role - may WFH 2-3 days a week.

Job Description:

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.

Experience Requirement: 8 years of experience in a business intelligence and developer environment, building analytical reports and products for end users.

Specific Requirements:

6 years of experience in healthcare. 6 years of experience formulating state-of-the-art enterprise strategic architecture framework plans. 6 years of experience engineering, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of a wide range of server and storage platforms. 6 years of experience in visualization technologies. 6 years of experience analyzing information, problems, situations, practices, and procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions. 6 years of experience developing documentation at a technical and user level. 6 years of experience in Power BI. 4 years of experience in Clarity. 2 years of experience in Power Apps. 2 years of experience in BPC.

Wage Range: $134,867.20 - $202,300.80 per year
