Summary of Position

We are seeking an experienced and creative Corporate Social Media Manager to join the Communications team in a full-time capacity. As a Corporate Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Associate Director of Corporate Social Media with managing Teladoc Health’s social media presence and content creation engine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the social media lead to ideate creative social media campaigns that align with business goals
  • Develop, edit and publish social editorial calendar
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is engaging and adheres to platform best practices
  • Develop social content for company executives
  • Monitor comments on corporate LinkedIn page
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business to ensure communication priorities are represented in social editorial calendar
  • Measure the success of owned content performance
  • Support with social listening report development
  • Help keep YouTube channel up to date with the latest video content and optimize based on performance and platform best practices.
  • Coordinate with paid media team on promotion strategy for reputation-driving content
  • Maintain digital asset management platform
  • Support PR team with weekly project management tasks including activity tracker updates
  • Suggest and implement new tactics to drive brand awareness and reputation on social media

The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.               

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media at a mid to large organization or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree required; in marketing, journalism, or communications, highly valued
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube as well as B2B marketing tactics
  • Ability to develop creative content (text, image, video) using basic editing programs like Canva
  • Experience working within a content management platform (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills; organized and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications for Position

  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing communications campaigns within regulated highly-regulated environments
  • Proven ability to form effective relationships and work resourcefully with internal teams to achieve results
  • Experience developing owned content performance and social listening reports 
  • Ability to function well in fast-paced environment and pitch-in as part of a growing team

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
