Paragon Cyber Solutions is an award-winning, woman, minority, and veteran-owned business specializing in cybersecurity, training, and IT services.

We are seeking a part-time Social Media Content Creator & Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. We’re looking for a creative and social-media-savvy individual to film, edit, and post content while managing our social media platforms. This role is perfect for a college student or someone passionate about social media marketing who can deliver results.

This position will be worked remotely except for capturing in-office and event content. The selected candidate must live in the Tampa, FL area and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Film and capture content at events, in-office settings, and other relevant activities in the Tampa area.
  • Edit videos and photos into engaging social media posts.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Strategy & Branding:

  • Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice and business goals.
  • Propose creative campaigns to drive engagement and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms (portfolio or examples required).
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Ability to attend local events and film content.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
  • Current college student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
