Social Engagement Specialist
Remote
The Social Engagement Specialist is responsible for driving organic traffic and customer engagement through effective social media marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of content optimization (copy, imagery, hashtags) and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities from Retail Ready Social Submissions. The specialist will contribute to developing engaging social marketing that aligns with client brand strategies, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to new technologies and trends.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Craft accompanying copy including relevant hashtags for client submitted content via Retail Ready Social Submission Platform. Deploy to various client social profiles utilizing Agorapulse.
- Ensure content submitted by client is scheduled within 1 business day.
- Serves as a resource for the team, stays informed of current client & manufacturer branding, campaigns and goals, and assists in the coordination of necessary content
- Adhere to Stream’s 1-hour response, 24-hour resolution policy
- Check scheduled posts for error-free deployment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with the clients’ brands & expectations.
- Keep Retail Ready Social Submission Platform organized and updated as posts are scheduled.
- Utilizes bulk import to schedule organic social calendars a quarter at a time
- Ensures client preferred hashtags and brand elements are carried through in post copy
- Image sourcing via AEM to accompany calendars
- Take direction and feedback from Creative Leadership team
- Proficient in Facebook Business Manager
- Monitor direct messages and comments across various social media platforms with a professional customer-service attentiveness
- Closely monitor and analyze social media analytics to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and inform strategic adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in social media, graphic design, or related creative discipline
- 2+ years related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Skills & Experience:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe (Creative Cloud)
- Color correction, cropping, adding brand elements, callouts, etc.
- Highly proficient in Agorapulse
- Strong knowledge of ChatGPT for content calendar creation and development
- Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM) knowledge and utilization
- Works well under deadlines and delivers requests on time
- A team player who possesses strong communication and time management skills
- Adhere to proofing processes and all Stream procedures
- Understanding of automotive marketing, brand guidelines, and OEM
