Customers are demanding new IT solution architectures in which topics such as data quality, data intelligence, data protection, data flow and integration play a much more important role. It is important to build bridges between business strategy and IT solutions, as well as between people and technologies.

As a Services Architecture Senior Specialist in the field of Data Management and Landscape Transformation, you will advise our customers on complex issues relating to services in the field of Data Management & Landscape Transformation. The processing of tenders and preparation of tender documents is also part of the task. You will support our international customers starting from the definition of the problem, through strategy and solution development, the implementation of the conversion to project completion.

A trusting and committed cooperation in the team together with colleagues, customers and partners at all times is particularly important. You will work at the customer's site or remotely according to the respective requirements.

Your tasks in detail:

• Determine customer needs, as well as carry out system analyses and feasibility studies
• Define the scope and type of needs-based solutions with the customer and our solution architects
• Interactively moderate workshops with customers, colleagues and partners, and present work results
• Define customer-specific technical solutions, if necessary, with the help of DMLT consultant solutions
• Processing of tenders (preparation of expenditure estimates and preparation of tender documents)
• Continuous feedback on customer needs for the proactive further development of the SAP DMLT service offering
• Collaborate with colleagues in different areas of SAP in different roles and locations around the world in a trusting and reliable manner

YOUR PROFILE

• Good university degree (diploma / bachelor / master) in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable
• Experience in preparing bids and processing tender documents
• Experience in customer management
• Good presentation skills, as well as experience in leading customer workshops and
  creating individual solutions based on the needs of customers
• Good knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio
• Knowledge of the delivery of services in the field of public cloud and on-premise
• Very good communication skills, and strong team orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

The transformation of existing customer systems as well as the transition to S/4HANA and SAP Intelligent Enterprise is a central field of activity. The "Selective Data Transition" approach we have developed is one of SAP's strategic topics.
