We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structural Engineering team in Jacksonville, FL. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll spend most of your time performing structural analysis, creating CAD models, and reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with safety and design specifications. Additionally, you'll lead teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards, all while contributing to the mission and values of the company.

To succeed in this position, you will need the following education and experience:
- A MS degree in Structural Engineering is the minimum formal education required for this position.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required.
- Fifteen (15) or more years' experience in structural engineering design, project delivery or equivalent in the industrial construction projects required.
- Project management experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred.
- Specific software literacy required: AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Travel to jobsites, as needed, is required.
