- Lead content planning, campaign ideation, and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Optimise paid and organic social strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure innovation.
- Manage social media tools and tech stack (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, HubSpot).
- Lead client-facing social media strategy, including audits, proposals, and performance reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Brew Digital's clients, providing strategic recommendations and expert guidance.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to expand social media services and contribute to agency revenue growth.
- Develop case studies and success stories to showcase Brew Digital's expertise.

- Work closely with creative, PR, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Partner with the Group CMO and TAG marketing leads to align social strategy with broader initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs (engagement, growth, conversions, ROI) across all accounts.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
- A/B test content strategies and refine approaches based on data.
What we're looking for
- Experienced in social media management, including leading teams or projects in a senior capacity (agency experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering effective and impactful social strategies for B2B and/or B2C brands.
- Expertise in social media analytics, paid social advertising, and reporting tools.
- Supportive leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, delegate, and guide team performance.
- Great client relationship skills, including presenting ideas, offering strategic guidance, and managing expectations.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and aligning social strategy with business goals.
