We are currently looking for a plus one for our SEO team within the Performance Business Unit of Mito. If you have a few years of SEO experience, have already worked on effective strategies, understand where the landscape is heading with the rise of AI, and can even explain to your mother how you’d improve Mito’s SEO, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
Your tasks will be
- Leading SEO projects: you guide partners towards maximizing their organic performance and make sure that their web pages show up as high as possible on the SERPs. You support both the partners and other SEOs to properly manage the SEO projects.
- Strategy: you essentially oversee the execution of the holistic SEO strategy, in regard technical-, on-page and off-page SEO. You play a major role in the definition of the long-term roadmap for the business’s continued SEO growth.
- Conducting audits: on-site audits, backlink profile analyses and competitor analyses via the latest methods, including SEO tools. You'll also need to present your findings and recommendations in spoken and written form.
- Analyses and reporting: providing both high-level and in-depth information to partners based on reports. Proactively helping our clients with their SEO efforts and supporting them during the process.
- Collaboration: it’s a collaborative position, you team up with other SEOs, content teams, site developers, digital analytics-, PPC- and other professionals to be able to dig deeper into partners’ data and provide better insights.
- Following news and updates, and helping to keep your (and the team's) knowledge up-to-date on the latest SEO matters.
We need you to have
- At least 3 years of experience working with SEO. Agency experience or working on enterprise-level clients is a plus.
- Experience in doing site audits and deploying an effective strategy based on business goals.
- Familiarity with auditing tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog or subsidiaries.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio or equivalent.
- Fast, efficient, solution-oriented problem solving mentality and ability to work both in teams and independently, taking great ownership of your projects at hand.
- Work experience with a developer team or external developers.
- Knowledge of multiple CMS platforms is a plus.
- Basics in analytics: you have a GA4 certificate or maybe you don’t, but you could pass the exam after rolling out of bed. Google Search Console is a must.
- Spot-on communication skills: you negotiate and present to your clients and your team in both Hungarian and English.
- A consultant’s skill set is also a must have: you are proactive, have a strategic perspective and understand customers’ needs via empathy or telepathy if needed. You can manage clients’ work on a tactical level as well.
