ZoomInfo

About the Role

Title: Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Business Systems & Architecture

Location: Waltham United States

Job Description:

Sr. Revenue Enablement Knowledge Architect

At ZoomInfo, we power business growth through the world's most comprehensive Go-to-Market Intelligence Platform. With 1,800+ sellers and customer-facing teams engaging prospects and customers every day, instant access to trusted knowledge, learning, and answers is mission-critical.

As our Sr. Revenue Enablement Knowledge Engineer, you will own and architect ZoomInfo's Revenue Enablement knowledge graph, serving as the primary platform owner for CMS and Answers-on-Demand. You will operate at the intersection of content intelligence, learning systems, AI-assisted knowledge delivery, and platform governance, ensuring that sellers can find the right answers, assets, and training, at the right moment.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will design scalable systems, implement governance guardrails, and partner cross-functionally to transform enablement content into a durable, AI-ready competitive advantage.

What You'll Own

Knowledge Management & Content Governance

  • Architect our knowledge systems that enable fast, accurate retrieval of sales content, product knowledge, competitive insights and more
  • Build a high-performing ecosystem: Lead and coach distributed content owners
  • Culture and adoption. Advocate for knowledge sharing across teams. Train and coach distributed content owners on knowledge management tools and best practices
  • Establish audit mechanisms and quality signals therein ensuring accuracy and simplifying collaborative content management
  • Design enablement systems that are AI-ready, ensuring clean metadata, retrieval-friendly structures, and trusted source alignment
  • Evaluate and implement automation to improve:
  • Content refresh
  • Version accuracy
  • Archiving and lifecycle management
  • Integrate enablement platforms with enterprise AI and workflow tools

Platforms Ownership

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Seismic and Docket.ai
  • Define and enforce governance guardrails across platforms, including:
  • Taxonomy, metadata, tagging standards
  • Permissions and access models
  • Version control, archiving, and lifecycle management
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Seismic information architecture, ensuring content is structured for discovery, reuse, and AI retrieval
  • Maintain alignment across platforms to ensure consistent experiences between content and answers
  • Partner with vendors to stay ahead of roadmap enhancements, resolve technical issues, and implement new features responsibly
  • Assist onboarding by ensuring new hires have access to necessary information

Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive insights (metrics, dashboards, qualitative feedback) to continuously assess workflows, knowledge adoption, effectiveness
  • Consolidate feedback and findings into actionable insights
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner cross-departmentally to inform strategies that improve seller productivity and business outcomes

What You Bring

You bring a hybrid mindset - technical enough to architect our knowledge graph yet savvy enough to understand revenue workflows and learner behavior. You thrive in ambiguity and create clarity through structure.

  • 6+ years designing or owning knowledge systems, platforms, or data-backed content architectures
  • Bachelor's degree required in a technical or analytical discipline such as: Information Management, Library or Information Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or related field
  • Hands-on experience integrating platforms via APIs, automation, or data pipelines
  • Experience designing governance models that scale across teams and tools
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving systems (especially AI-enabled ones)
  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Glean, Microsoft Copilot, internal AI tools)
  • Experience with content repositories (Notion, Airtable, Google Drive)

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge architecture, taxonomy, and metadata design
  • Advanced CMS/platform administration with governance at scale
  • API integrations, webhooks, and automation
  • AI-assisted retrieval concepts, source grounding, and trust frameworks
  • Data fluency (analytics, SQL, usage insights)
  • HTML and structured content design
  • Scripting or automation (Python, JavaScript preferred)
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools
  • Experience supporting multi-platform ecosystems

Bonus if you have:

  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools (Gong, Chorus)
  • SaaS or B2B technology background
  • Certifications in AI, enablement technologies, or knowledge management
  • Exposure to sales, GTM, or customer-facing workflows
  • Experience partnering with enablement, L&D, or product teams
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (Seismic, Highspot, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a systems thinker and platform owner, not a ticket-taker. You:

  • Prioritize high-impact work in fast-moving environments
  • Confidently integrate platforms, data, and workflows in the face of ambiguity
  • Translate between technical teams and enablement stakeholders
  • AI-curious, pragmatic, and governance-minded problem solver
  • Drive adoption through clarity, trust, and structure

While this role is hands-on, success is measured by the strength of the systems, guardrails, and adoption you create, not by manual content upkeep.

If you're excited by owning the systems that power revenue content and AI-assisted enablement, and you want to build something scalable, trusted, and future-ready, this role was built for you.
