Turing AGI Advancement is seeking a Senior Research Content Specialist to own the technical clarity, depth, and alignment of our post-training assets—briefs, technical reports, diagnostic tools, and their derivatives.

 

Role overview

 

Own end-to-end content creation within our two-week sprint cadence, embedding Turing’s five-step post-training framework to drive bottom-of-funnel impact. Collaborate with in-house research leads and campaign owners to translate complex R&D into consultable assets that accelerate pipeline and inform buyer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver at least one flagship post-training asset per two-week sprint, each fully aligned to TA2’s five pillars


• Establish a repeatable, sprint-driven content cadence and “P0” rapid-response process


• Translate complex model evaluation, data-generation, and improvement topics into consultable assets that drive ≥15% lift in consult requests

 

Success metrics

• Velocity: ≥24 flagship assets delivered (one per sprint) with ≤24 hr P0 turnarounds


• Quality: ≥90% SME and campaign-owner acceptance rate on all assets


• Impact: Demonstrable ≥15 % uplift in consult requests or asset downloads attributable to new content


• Scalability: Enable delegation or (semi-to-full) automation of MOFU derivatives

 

Ideal candidate

• Technical fluency in AI/ML research, model evaluation, data pipelines, or LLM workflows


• Exceptional writing skills with a track record of shaping complex technical content for R&D audiences


• Research operations mindset: comfortable designing or interpreting surveys, benchmark protocols, and evaluation metrics


• Agile experience: proven ability to deliver under tight, two-week sprint cadences and rapid turnarounds

 

Experience and education

• Required: 3-5+ years of technical writing or research communication in AI/ML, software engineering, or data science environments

 

Core competencies

• Strong stakeholder management, partnering effectively with researchers, engineers, and product owners


• Excellent verbal presentation skills for internal syncs and occasional external demos


• Detail orientation and meticulous about fact-checking, citations, and scientific rigor

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment with two-week sprints


• Passion for frontier AI research and a bias toward rapid prototyping of content

Logistics and legal
