This role requires excellent organizational skills, legal knowledge of real estate practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies, surveyors, brokers, and other third parties on transactional and administrative tasks.
- Partner with Real Estate, Construction, Facilities, Finance, Tax, and Store Operations to facilitate transactions and ongoing operations. Provide legal support for disputes and operational questions.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
