Senior Product Manager, Mass Affluent Investing

Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. Within RBS, the Wealth & Private Team is responsible for the full spectrum of a customer's wealth needs. It comprises teams focussed on wealth creation and wealth protection, ranging from mass market to mass affluent to high-net-worth customer segments.

Do work that matters

As a Senior Product Manager, Mass Affluent Investing you will be responsible for the delivery of the strategy and product development initiatives that grow our customer base and enhance the digital experience. This may include working with cross functional teams, influencing the product roadmap, customer research, product development, digital feature delivery, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet customer needs and risks are managed effectively.

On any given day you will

• Inform and execute against the product strategy, objectives, roadmap and growth opportunities.

• Develop a deep understanding of the customer needs to identify and prioritise new opportunities for growth, enhancing the experience, features and functionality supporting the product vision and improve consumer NPS.

• Be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, driving change, managing workflow and prioritising activities to deliver projects/initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with other Senior Managers in the Crew and Domain to solve complex problems with the objective to develop and grow the product.

• Deliver the digital experience and roadmap within an Agile framework.

• Use and analyse data insights to develop the products and customer experience with an view on profitability.

We're interested in hearing from people who have

• Product management experience with strong background in digital delivery and execution, preferably covering investing or wealth products.

• Demonstrated experience in product development / Customer Value Proposition development

• Demonstrated experience managing products across the lifecycle from concept to end of life

• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Excellent time management, organisational and confident presentation skills

• Experience in successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects desirable, preferably within the Agile delivery framework

• Sound commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability

• Sound problem solving capability
