About the Role

As an AI Senior Product Manager (Japanese Speaking), you will:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of AI-powered product features, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform and optimize AI-driven product functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Innovation Labs—to design, build, and refine cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Draft, test, and iterate prompts and user interactions for AI tools to ensure high-quality user experiences tailored for the Japanese market.
  • Evaluate and assess product performance, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver comprehensive results.
  • Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, incorporating them into the product development process.
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Job Description 

As an AI Senior Product Manager (Japanese speaker ), you will be responsible for the following tasks 

  • Lead the development and enhancement of AI- powered product capabilities , focusing on Large Language Models ( LLM ) and generative AI techniques. 

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to optimize AI- driven product features 

  • We collaborate closely across the product, engineering, and innovation lab divisions to design, build, and improve cutting-edge AI solutions. 

  • Design, test, and iterate AI tool prompts and user interactions to deliver a high-quality user experience for the Japanese market. 

  • Evaluate and analyze product performance to provide comprehensive solutions that meet user needs 

  • Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback that inform product development 

  • Stay up to date on the latest AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices 

About You

You’re a strong fit for the AI Senior Product Manager (Japanese Speaking) role if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, technology, AI, or related fields.
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including experience with search languages (e.g., Boolean) and data analysis.
  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or developing AI-powered products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, data science, information science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital product platforms.
  • Experience working with Japanese and/or international technology products.

 

Eligibility 

If you meet the following criteria, you would be ideal for the role of AI Senior Product Manager (Japanese speaker ) 

  • 3+ years of work experience in product management, technology, or AI- related fields 

  • JLPT N1 equivalent advanced business Japanese reading, writing and speaking skills English skills preferred 

  • Strong research and analytical skills, including search language (e.g., Boolean operations) and data analysis. 

  • Experience in large-scale language models, prompt engineering, and AI- powered product development 

  • Problem-solving skills to flexibly manage multiple priorities 

  • Excellent communication skills ( spoken and written to clearly convey complex concepts to a variety of audiences 

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
