We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate marketing performance across our practices in North region. This is a high-impact, field-facing role that works closely with operations leaders and partner dentists to drive growth, improve visibility, and attract new patients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead regional marketing efforts for a portfolio of dental practices, ensuring performance, brand, and market relevance across multiple locations and sub-brands.
  • Collaborate with regional operators, marketing support team, and doctor partners to develop and execute marketing plans, data-driven strategies that align with business goals.
  • Build and manage digital, grassroots, and local outreach campaigns designed to increase new patient volume and overall profitability.
  • Analyze marketing performance data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Serve as the go-to marketing leader for the region—supporting practice-level leaders with tactical plans, creative problem-solving, and growth opportunities.
  • Regularly assess market dynamics and competitor activity, recommending adjustments to stay ahead of local trends.
  • Travel within the region to provide in-person support, ensure marketing plans are activated effectively, and build strong relationships with on-the-ground teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7-10 years of experience in regional or multi-site marketing—ideally within healthcare, retail, or other service-based industries.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies in partnership with field operations teams.
  • Deep understanding of both digital and grassroots/local marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, social, and traditional.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% throughout the assigned region.
