What you'll be doing:

The Senior Vendor Manager will be part of the Contact Centre Vendor Management team and will be responsible for building and managing relationships with core suppliers who supply the Contact Centres with workforce augmentation services ensuring they meet or exceed their contractual obligations. As a Senior Vendor Manager, you will play a key leadership role in building and evolving the vendor management discipline within the Contact Centres and managing all aspects of the vendor relationship. You will support and manage the delivery of vendor services on behalf of the US Contact Centres.  You will be viewed as an expert in the vendor relationship and will be responsible for managing the vendor contract and amendments.  You will actively monitor, report and manage the vendor performance, oversee the vendor financials and invoicing process and lead regular governance meetings.  You will work with the vendor and key partners on issue discovery and resolution as well as drive positive change by articulating clear deliverables and driving successful change management.

How you’ll succeed

  • Problem solving - Proactively identify strategic opportunities and support the development of outsourcing project plans and business cases.  Lead a cross-functional team in diagnosing current state gaps, performing comprehensive analysis of potential opportunities, and preparing and presenting compelling strategic recommendations that have measurable impact.
  • Partnership and Collaboration – Passionate about working in diverse teams and using strategic influencing skills to drive the collective success of the group. Partner and collaborate with individuals across several departments through agile sprints to meet requirements and definition of done. 
  • Research and Due Diligence – Perform research to evaluate potential opportunities and ensure the team has robust competitive intelligence and strong awareness of trends, industry developments, client needs and regulatory changes. Assist with due diligence and project management on strategic initiatives.
  • Organization and Analysis - High degree of initiative, self-organization, and self-management skills combined with strong ability to review data and conduct analysis.  
  • Stakeholder Management - Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder and sponsor relationships with internal partners and third party service providers.
