Job Description:

As the Sr. Manager, Social & Influencer you will drive brand awareness, engagement, and client satisfaction by steering strategies for organic social media and influencer partnerships. You'll guide creative direction, lead ideation sessions, and collaborate with creative, organic, and media teams to align content with campaign objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and creative insight, using data to inform decisions and measure campaign success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee social media budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI for client campaigns.
  • Ensure all social media activities comply with legal regulations, platform guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and content calendars aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent content across all platforms.
  • Lead influencer collaborations and partnerships, providing clear brand guidelines and direction.
  • Define and drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience needs.
  • Oversee influencers and in-house staff to maintain cohesive, engaging content.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports on key metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions).
  • Leverage insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and clients to integrate social strategies into broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure client competitiveness.
  • Work with media strategists, content creators, and analytics teams to develop optimized creative best practices.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, provide actionable feedback, and ensure creative outputs meet strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, specializing in organic social strategy and influencer marketing.
  • Proven leadership and team management expertise.
  • Proficiency in creative performance best practices for paid social campaigns.
  • Experience working at a marketing agency.
  • Skilled in social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and native platform analytics (Instagram Insights).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, focused on driving results.
  • Familiarity with managing team tasks and hours within project management tools.
  • Proficient in scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of the paid media ecosystem and funnel structures for cohesive strategies.
  • Expertise in budgeting, ROI analysis, and financial tracking for influencer campaigns.
  • Proficient in conceptualizing, producing, and delivering engaging social media content aligned with brand strategies and campaign objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, including establishing clear timelines, managing resources, and ensuring on-time deliverables.
